Banquet Guest Speaker

Mark Schultz is a nationally recognized Christian recording artist, speaker, and songwriter whose career includes multiple chart-topping songs, award nominations, and millions of albums sold. His personal story is deeply connected to the life-affirming work of pregnancy resource centers and adoption ministries.

Adopted as an infant, Mark often shares how the support his birth mother received through a pregnancy resource center and adoption agency changed the course of his life. That experience continues to inspire his passion for advocating for the unborn and encouraging families facing unexpected pregnancies.

Through a unique blend of music, storytelling, and faith, Mark has become a sought-after speaker at pregnancy resource center and adoption events across the country. His message highlights the value of every life and the lasting impact of choosing hope.

Mark believes that because others stepped in to support his birth mother before he had a voice, he now has the opportunity to use his platform to speak on behalf of those who cannot speak for themselves.

His testimony serves as a powerful reminder of how lives can be transformed through compassion, support, and faith.

Comfortt Group Testimonials

The COMFORTT Group provides a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals navigating the pain of pregnancy loss, infant loss, or miscarriage. Participants often describe the group as a place where they can find understanding, encouragement, and hope alongside others who have experienced similar journeys.

Through shared experiences, prayer, and compassionate support, members are reminded that they do not have to walk through grief alone. The group creates a safe space where emotions can be expressed openly and healing can begin. Many participants find comfort in connecting with others who truly understand their loss and are willing to listen, encourage, and pray alongside them.

The COMFORTT Group continues to serve as a source of strength and hope for families facing difficult circumstances, helping them find peace and support as they move forward.

The group meets on the fourth Thursday of each month from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the center.

New Mobile Unit Storage Building

We are pleased to announce the completion of our new climate-protected storage building for the mobile ultrasound unit. Designed to shield the unit from the challenges of West Texas weather, the facility provides secure, reliable protection for one of our most important ministry resources.

This addition helps ensure that our mobile unit remains ready to serve women and families throughout the region. We are grateful for the generosity and support of those who helped make this project possible and look forward to continuing our outreach efforts with this valuable resource.

Letter from Executive Director

Dear Friends,

“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9

This summer has been a season of serving, planting seeds, and watching God work. It’s always nice to see so many supporters at our Birdies for Babies Golf Tournament. We enjoyed conversations with community members at the Cheeseburger Festival in Friona and Bordertown Days in Farwell, sharing what is offered through our ministry and building connections in surrounding communities.

Our 3rd Annual Parenting With Purpose event encouraged 24 adults with parenting wisdom and gifts to inspire spending quality family time, while the nineteen children who attended enjoyed fun activities. We also completed our third summer of BFF—Books, Family, & Fun—where families gathered each Wednesday to enjoy books, crafts, snacks, and fellowship. It is always a blessing to share our love of reading and Jesus. These programs strengthen families, build relationships, and open doors for ministry.

Along with these outreach events, our center continues to welcome more clients than ever before. We praise God as more families find the hope, help, and support they need.

Thank you for your prayers, generosity, and faithful partnership. We hope you’ll mark your calendar and join us for our annual Night of Purpose fundraising banquet on October 27 in Friona as we celebrate all that God is doing through this ministry. To Him be all the glory!

With heartfelt gratitude,

Annette Shaw
